Pratas da Casa FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Felizburgo the free kick. A collision led to Pratas da Casa FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Agnaldo de Azevedo hit a great ball. Adrianinho Zonta took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcus Goiano. Marcus Goiano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After having played for 16 minutes, William Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pratas da Casa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but William Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Humberto de Queirós managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pratas da Casa FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Humberto de Queirós was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luiz Eduardo Moura breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcus Goiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurício Mello in the 21st minute of the match. Luiz Eduardo Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Pratas da Casa FC's goalkeeper Marcus Goiano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maicon Lira. Pratas da Casa FC's Marcus Goiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrianinho Zonta in the 58th minute of play. Marcus Goiano was a little too slow when Maicon Lira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-3. Maurício Mello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maicon Lira came free with the goalkeeper in the 77th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marcus Goiano could save by the left post. In the 80th minute Humberto de Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Eduardo Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcus Goiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurício Mello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcus Goiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurício Mello, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. The Felizburgo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Felizburgo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
