Spectators: 7250 (Terracing: 5439, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) After 4 played minutes Tambaqui FC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Eduardo Quirino. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Teodoro Araújo managed to get in a good position for a shot. DJHOUS FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodoro Araújo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robinho Amaral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ronaldinho Pinheiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Renato Perez's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Ronaldinho Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Perez in the 17th minute of play. Ronaldinho Pinheiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naldo Simão in the 20th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Renato Perez in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ronaldinho Pinheiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Renato Perez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 30thth minute of the game Naldo Simão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DJHOUS FC's Ronaldinho Pinheiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 31st minute Renato Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldinho Pinheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldinho Pinheiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Perez in the 34th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in DJHOUS FC's zone, Naldo Simão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ronaldinho Pinheiro came out of the goal and Naldo Simão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ronaldinho Pinheiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Perez, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. André Luiz de Lima struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Robinho Amaral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DJHOUS FC. 45 minutes into the match, Naldo Simão notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of DJHOUS FC's Ronaldinho Pinheiro. Ronaldinho Pinheiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anísio Massa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ronaldinho de Queiroz might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robinho Amaral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ronaldinho de Queiroz ran back to his position shaking his head. Tambaqui FC's Naldo Simão got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Renato Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldinho Pinheiro having to interfere. After 75 played minutes DJHOUS FC got a freekick which was hit by André Luiz de Lima. If Naldo Simão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Naldo Simão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, DJHOUS FC's Ronaldinho Pinheiro got control of the ball when Naldo Simão tried to sneak it across the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Sebastião Romero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DJHOUS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tambaqui FC the free kick. A collision led to DJHOUS FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Sebastião Romero hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, DJHOUS FC's goalkeeper Ronaldinho Pinheiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Naldo Simão. Naldo Simão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ronaldinho Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. DJHOUS FC's Ronaldinho Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renato Perez in the 92nd minute of play. Cafu Brodel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Renato Perez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tambaqui FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
