Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Manfredo Simões took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Beto Silva. Rolinho Compressor B's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Page's Rômulo Pinho got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 15th minute Manfredo Simões shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beto Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Rolinho Compressor B's zone, Dagoberto Furlan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beto Silva came out of the goal and Dagoberto Furlan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodolfo Rosa hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The Page fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Page's Egídio Bastos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Beto Silva didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Egídio Bastos went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 29th minute, Cristóvão Zonta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dagoberto Furlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd match minute, Rolinho Compressor B was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marquinhos Branco to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Egídio Bastos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Page's supporters rose to their feet, but Egídio Bastos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beto Silva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Fernandes in the 37th minute of play forced Page's goalkeeper Alexsandro Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Page's goalkeeper Alexsandro Perez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Rolinho Compressor B getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Gonçalo Meireles hit a great ball. In the 45th minute Egídio Bastos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beto Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Egídio Bastos was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Page booed when Rolinho Compressor B was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durvalino Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute Manfredo Simões shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beto Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 61 minutes, Manfredo Simões managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Page's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manfredo Simões was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Beto Silva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Egídio Bastos's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. If Dagoberto Furlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Fernandes in the 70th minute of play forced Page's goalkeeper Alexsandro Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egídio Bastos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 72ndth minute tested the skills of Beto Silva when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 74 minutes into the match, Rolinho Compressor B's goalkeeper Beto Silva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristóvão Zonta. 75 minutes into the match, Rolinho Compressor B's goal looked a bit too open when Cristóvão Zonta came free, but Beto Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexsandro Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo José Vieira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexsandro Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marquinhos Branco in the 78th minute of the match. Egídio Bastos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Beto Silva came out and tried to block the shot, but Egídio Bastos slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chicão da Silva in the 85th minute of play forced Rolinho Compressor B's goalkeeper Beto Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristóvão Zonta kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Beto Silva. That made the score 0-4 in the 87 minute of play. Beto Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manfredo Simões in the 90th minute of play. Page's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
