Spectators: 5605 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1100, VIP seats: 5) Juarês Paes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Luís Cardoso hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Régis Sá in the 14th minute of play forced Agape FC's goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Dionísio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Claudinho Vale ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edmílson Vides was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aloísio Arósio got free with Edmílson Vides in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carlos Eduardo Dionísio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juarês Paes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinho Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. If Régis Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 27 minutes, Juarês Paes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dig F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juarês Paes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Régis Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Carlos Eduardo Dionísio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juarês Paes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eurico Terra to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Agape FC's zone, Régis Sá stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Eduardo Dionísio came out of the goal and Régis Sá tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the match, Dig F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Eurico Terra came free, but Edmílson Vides reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Carlos Eduardo Dionísio managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Dig F.C's Régis Sá fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A hard shot 65 in the game by Régis Sá from a close distance when the talented Carlos Eduardo Dionísio managed to make a qualified save. Agape FC's players were relieved. The supporters of Dig F.C booed when Agape FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinho Vale didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juarês Paes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Carlos Eduardo Dionísio made a huge save. Juarês Paes didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-3 via right post in the game's 75th minute. Dig F.C's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! 78 minutes into the match, Agape FC's goalkeeper Carlos Eduardo Dionísio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juarês Paes. When Régis Sá came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Dig F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Régis Sá couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute, Juarês Paes made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Eduardo Dionísio. Agape FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Dig F.C's Edmílson Vides played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eurico Terra in the 89th minute of play. After 90 played minutes Dig F.C got a freekick which was hit by Diego Melo. In the 93rd minute of the match Rubinho Damião sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edmílson Vides skillfully saved the ball. When the match was over Dig F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Agape FC throughout the match.
