Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Chicão Passos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute, Toronto Team's Narciso Pena dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The audience was convinced that Chicão Passos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dedê Tande was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Kiko Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the game, Álvaro Diniz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palmitinhos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Toronto Team the free kick. Narciso Pena's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Caio Cunha skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 21st minute of the match, Narciso Pena got a very nice opportunity to score, but Caio Cunha was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 22nd minute, Albertinho Lira fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Narciso Pena had several of the Palmitinhos FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 25 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Caio Cunha as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 32nd match minute, Toronto Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Pedro Falcão to maneuver through the defense. Caio Cunha made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Narciso Pena sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Palmitinhos FC's Kiko Correia got a free kick in the 40th minute. When Oscar Antunes fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palmitinhos FC's protests and gave Oscar Antunes a yellow card for diving instead. After 41 played minutes Palmitinhos FC got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Antunes. Narciso Pena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Caio Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Narciso Pena to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narciso Pena in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caio Cunha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A long shot from Zé Augusto Brito in the 55th minute of play was well struck, but Dedê Tande made a really good save at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Toronto Team's zone, Chicão Passos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dedê Tande came out of the goal and Chicão Passos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Palmitinhos FC's Kiko Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Palmitinhos FC's Kiko Correia got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute, Álvaro Diniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Oscar Antunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Pena in the 66th minute of play forced Palmitinhos FC's goalkeeper Caio Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 minutes, Narciso Pena made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Palmitinhos FC's Caio Cunha tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 71 played minutes Toronto Team got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Pena. Chicão Passos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Dedê Tande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th match minute, Toronto Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luizinho Barros to maneuver through the defense. Dedê Tande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chicão Passos, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. With his leg Dedê Tande managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Palmitinhos FC's Chicão Passos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 85th minute, Narciso Pena left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Toronto Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Giuseppe Toscano kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Chicão Passos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd match minute, Toronto Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathias Nascimento to maneuver through the defense. Chicão Passos might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dedê Tande. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chicão Passos ran back to his position shaking his head. Palmitinhos FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
