Toronto Team's Narciso Pena was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 16th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Dagoberto Furlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Narciso Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Toronto Team's Mathias Nascimento got a free kick in the 28th minute. Narciso Pena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 43rd match minute, Page was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chicão da Silva to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute of the match Giuseppe Toscano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alexsandro Perez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Page's zone, Narciso Pena stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexsandro Perez came out of the goal and Narciso Pena tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Narciso Pena made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Narciso Pena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Toronto Team's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Giuseppe Toscano in the 54th minute. Toronto Team's Giuseppe Toscano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alexsandro Perez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Toronto Team's Dedê Tande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfredo Simões in the 56th minute of play. A collision led to Page getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Bruno Lago hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Narciso Pena notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Page's Alexsandro Perez. Alexsandro Perez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Manfredo Simões struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Dedê Tande didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Page. Dagoberto Furlan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dedê Tande having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Toronto Team's zone, Egídio Bastos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dedê Tande came out of the goal and Egídio Bastos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a defensive mix-up in Page's zone, José Palmeira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexsandro Perez came out of the goal and José Palmeira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the game, Enio Rocha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Toronto Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Page the free kick. In the 81st match minute, Toronto Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enio Rocha to maneuver through the defense. 3-1 became the score in the 82nd minute when Egídio Bastos elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Alexsandro Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Pena in the 85th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Pena in the 89th minute of play forced Page's goalkeeper Alexsandro Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 90 minutes, José Palmeira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toronto Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Palmeira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Narciso Pena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Alexsandro Perez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If José Palmeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexsandro Perez came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Toronto Team's Narciso Pena. But to his dismay, Narciso Pena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Page players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Toronto Team.
