Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Júlio Pena started the match with the kick off. Chicão Hermes was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 4th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 11 minutes into the game, Germano Madureira threw the ball into play from the sideline. Comercinho FC's Maicon Vasconcelos quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Júlio Pena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Pena in the 18th minute of play forced Comercinho FC's goalkeeper Pedro Augusto Félix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. César Schmidt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agostinho Messias having to interfere. Isaltino Medeiros hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, Osvaldinho Medeiros notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Comercinho FC's Pedro Augusto Félix. Pedro Augusto Félix was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Isaltino Medeiros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Comercinho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaltino Medeiros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Agostinho Messias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th minute, César Schmidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Augusto Félix was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Júlio Pena showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 43 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Comercinho FC's Maicon Vasconcelos managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Germano Madureira in the 58 minute of the game. In the 62nd minute, César Schmidt reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Agostinho Messias. The goal made the score 2-1. Júlio Pena scored 3-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Augusto Félix, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Schmidt in the 73rd minute of play forced Cariry's goalkeeper Agostinho Messias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cariry's zone, Dudu Netto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Agostinho Messias came out of the goal and Dudu Netto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 88 minutes, Isaltino Medeiros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Comercinho FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaltino Medeiros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Cariry were victorious despite being under pressure from Comercinho FC for much of the match.
