The referee ignored DC UNITED FC's protests and gave Benê Braga a yellow card for diving instead. Reinaldo Dracena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horácio Salgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Poncianos's zone, Thiago de Moraes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat.
