Jailson Cardoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romeu Guedes's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Marcel Cordeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson Cardoso having to interfere. FC MANAGER's Jailson Cardoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeu Guedes in the 26th minute of play. A collision led to FC MANAGER getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Reginaldo Sarmento hit a great ball. FC MANAGER's Jailson Cardoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save FC MANAGER from getting a goal against them. In the 38th minute, Marcel Cordeiro made a precise shot to the right of Jailson Cardoso. FC MANAGER's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After a rather tough play, Lunáticos Clube's Marcel Cordeiro got a free kick in the 44th minute. Delfim Pena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reginaldo Sarmento in the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romeu Guedes to make the kick off. Anderson Correia hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Lunáticos Clube's Zé Paulo Severo got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Romeu Guedes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lunáticos Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Romeu Guedes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jailson Cardoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 68th minute, Marcel Cordeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reginaldo Sarmento in the 71st minute of play forced Lunáticos Clube's goalkeeper Delfim Pena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Reginaldo Sarmento fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The supporters of FC MANAGER booed when Lunáticos Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Paulo Severo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Percy Britto kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Anderson Correia kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Fiori do Valle made in the 85th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Reginaldo Sarmento immediately put the ball in play. Jailson Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeu Guedes in the 93rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FC MANAGER's Aílton Fonseca got a free kick in the 94th minute. Lunáticos Clube's Zé Paulo Severo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fiori do Valle, made in the 95th minute of the game. When the referee ended the match the Lunáticos Clube players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
