In the 29th match minute, FC MANAGER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anderson Correia to maneuver through the defense. If Vladimir Matos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Gian F.C. defense, Aílton Fonseca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wágner Secco. The Gian F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wágner Secco should have stopped the shot. After having played for 39 minutes, Reginaldo Sarmento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC MANAGER's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reginaldo Sarmento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reginaldo Sarmento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Gian F.C.'s zone, Reginaldo Sarmento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wágner Secco came out of the goal and Reginaldo Sarmento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gian F.C.'s Wágner Secco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimir Matos in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raimundo Martins stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anderson Correia charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anderson Correia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC MANAGER getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Anderson Correia hit a great ball. Bruninho Koehler kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. FC MANAGER's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
