Spectators: 7226 (Terracing: 5421, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Reginaldo Sarmento started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Adrianinho Alcântara threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC MANAGER's Noel Azevedo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Aílton Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC MANAGER's Fiori do Valle got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Reginaldo Sarmento received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carlos Eduardo Trancoso came out and tried to block the shot, but Reginaldo Sarmento slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. Reginaldo Sarmento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Eduardo Trancoso having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Sílvio Lopes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jailson Cardoso. FC MANAGER's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sílvio Lopes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Reginaldo Sarmento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Eduardo Trancoso having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC MANAGER's Percy Neiva got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Wanderson Eger took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jailson Cardoso. FC MANAGER's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 45 played minutes FC MANAGER got a freekick which was hit by Dadá Maia. If Sílvio Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sílvio Lopes to strike the kick off in the second half. Anderson Correia's late challenge caught a Matuapira SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anderson Correia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st match minute, FC MANAGER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anderson Correia to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, Aílton Fonseca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlos Eduardo Trancoso. A collision led to FC MANAGER getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Dadá Maia hit a great ball. Sílvio Lopes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jailson Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge Vianna's late challenge caught a Matuapira SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
