Sapora's Leandro Urbano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Douglas Maia in the 8th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, MENGAO 99's goal looked a bit too open when Marcinho Perez came free, but Isidoro Clemencin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to MENGAO 99 getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Paulo Bezerra hit a great ball. Jonas Favoretto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Leandro Urbano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Isidoro Clemencin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caio Eger in the 27th minute of the match. Sapora's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Geovânio Teles in the 28th minute. Claudinei Monteiro struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Isidoro Clemencin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sapora. Douglas Maia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Caio Eger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Sapora's zone, Douglas Maia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Urbano came out of the goal and Douglas Maia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Evaristo Coutinho's late challenge caught a MENGAO 99's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evaristo Coutinho helped the player get up and apologised. After 53 played minutes Sapora got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Coutinho. After 59 minutes of play, Sapora's Marcinho Perez made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isidoro Clemencin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leandro Urbano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Maia in the 67th minute of play. Leandro Urbano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Douglas Maia, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Favoretto in the 69th minute of play forced Sapora's goalkeeper Leandro Urbano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the game, MENGAO 99's Douglas Maia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. MENGAO 99's Isidoro Clemencin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save MENGAO 99 from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, MENGAO 99's Isidoro Clemencin got control of the ball when Claudinei Monteiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonas Favoretto in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leandro Urbano saved Sapora from getting behind. After 85 played minutes Sapora got a freekick which was hit by Adrianinho de Mendonça. After a defensive mix-up in Sapora's zone, Jonas Favoretto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Urbano came out of the goal and Jonas Favoretto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Favoretto in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leandro Urbano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sapora's Leandro Urbano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Douglas Maia in the 89th minute of play. Douglas Maia struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Leandro Urbano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MENGAO 99. MENGAO 99's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
