Caio Eger started the match with the kick off. Caio Eger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Raúl Eger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franklin Secco in the 9th minute of play forced Sapora's goalkeeper Leandro Urbano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raúl Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caio Eger in the 15th minute of the match. Osvaldo Botelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Leandro Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Doriva Matorin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 31st match minute, Sapora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrianinho de Mendonça to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sapora's goalkeeper Leandro Urbano, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Caio Eger took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raúl Eger. Raúl Eger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Sapora's Marcinho Perez got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Doriva Matorin was the one to do the kick off. If Claudinei Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sapora's Claudinei Monteiro got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Botelho in the 63rd minute of play forced Sapora's goalkeeper Leandro Urbano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Franklin Secco's late challenge caught a Sapora's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Franklin Secco helped the player get up and apologised. Caio Eger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raúl Eger having to interfere. Tupitinga FC's Raúl Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinei Monteiro in the 76th minute of play. When Osvaldo Botelho came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Tupitinga FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Osvaldo Botelho couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Franklin Secco got free with Leandro Urbano in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd minute of the match Tupitinga FC got a corner. Sapora's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Natã Queirós ran over to the corner to take the kick. Tupitinga FC's Natã Queirós was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Leandro Urbano in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Doriva Matorin came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Tupitinga FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Doriva Matorin couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute, Doriva Matorin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
