After 13 played minutes Valralla.F.C got a freekick which was hit by Arí Carioca. In the 16th minute, Valralla.F.C's Arí Carioca seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Arí Carioca the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Valralla.F.C protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Arí Carioca had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 17th minute, Arí Carioca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 minutes Campestre's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carlos Fernando Prata who took care of the corner kick. Valralla.F.C's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlos Fernando Prata in the 23rd minute. Délio Saraiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Nando Zonta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Campestre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nando Zonta should have stopped the shot. If Délio Saraiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. José Pedro Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nando Zonta having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Elder Fernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valralla.F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Elder Fernandez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nando Zonta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Claudinei da Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Délio Saraiva came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Valralla.F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Délio Saraiva couldn't finish the play. Nando Zonta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elder Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. José Pedro Veiga might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nando Zonta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. José Pedro Veiga ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Campestre getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Clóvis Pimenta hit a great ball. In the 77th minute Délio Saraiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nando Zonta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Pedro Veiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 80 minutes of play, Valralla.F.C's José Pedro Veiga made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nando Zonta was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Délio Saraiva took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Nando Zonta to make any attempt to save it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers José Pedro Veiga in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nando Zonta saved Campestre from getting behind. Carlinhos Alcântara scored 3-3 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wanderson Damião, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 97 minutes into the match, Carlos Fernando Prata dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nando Zonta, 3-4. When the final whistle sounded Valralla.F.C left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Campestre.
