Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fiori Cabral took the kick off in the first half of the match. If João Adolfo Simão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hílton Leite made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Marcus Amaral sent off a good shot on target. Marcus Amaral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hílton Leite read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Fiori Cabral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aloísio Bezerra took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vinícius Vieira. Demolidor Footbal Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. João Adolfo Simão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Vinícius Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If João Adolfo Simão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 17 played minutes Demolidor Footbal Club got a freekick which was hit by Tostão Ribeiro. 20 minutes into the match, Demolidor Footbal Club's goal looked a bit too open when Acácio Mello came free, but Vinícius Vieira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Adolfo Simão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinícius Vieira having to interfere. Vinícius Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Chaves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute Fiori Cabral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hílton Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Chaves scored 0-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vinícius Vieira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Demolidor Footbal Club's zone, Ismael Chaves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vinícius Vieira came out of the goal and Ismael Chaves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vinícius Vieira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Acácio Mello, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Vinícius Vieira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Adolfo Simão in the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Nicolas Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Acácio Mello made the kick off in the second half. Wagner AF's Chico Gerber got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 61st minute by João Adolfo Simão got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ismael Chaves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute, Ismael Chaves reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vinícius Vieira. The goal made the score 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Demolidor Footbal Club's zone, Ismael Chaves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vinícius Vieira came out of the goal and Ismael Chaves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ismael Chaves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ismael Chaves got free in front of the goal in the 77th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Vinícius Vieira was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Vinícius Vieira made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Adolfo Simão in the 78th minute. A collision led to Demolidor Footbal Club getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Alfredinho Borges hit a great ball. João Adolfo Simão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Vinícius Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ismael Chaves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Demolidor Footbal Club's Vinícius Vieira got control of the ball when João Adolfo Simão tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Demolidor Footbal Club getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Alfredinho Borges hit a great ball. If João Adolfo Simão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ismael Chaves came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Wagner AF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Chaves couldn't finish the play. 93 minutes into the match, Demolidor Footbal Club's goalkeeper Vinícius Vieira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Acácio Mello. When the match was over Wagner AF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Demolidor Footbal Club throughout the match.
