Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when João Augusto Lira took the kick off in the first half of the match. 0-1 became the score in the 7th minute when João Augusto Lira elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Dedê Reis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amadeu Mangueira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. If Matheus Mazza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Muricizal EC's Adriano Linhares got a free kick in the 14th minute. When Matheus Mazza came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Cartoleiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matheus Mazza couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Leite in the 19th minute of play forced Muricizal EC's goalkeeper Amadeu Mangueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Matheus Mazza notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Muricizal EC's Amadeu Mangueira. Amadeu Mangueira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 26 minutes of play, Cartoleiro FC's Dedê Reis made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amadeu Mangueira was left in no man's land by his defense there! João Augusto Lira scored 0-4 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amadeu Mangueira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. David Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Régis Pitta in the 34th minute of play. João Augusto Lira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matheus Mazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Negri made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Jardel Mangueira sent off a good shot on target. Amadeu Mangueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matheus Mazza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dedê Reis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeu Mangueira having to interfere. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Matheus Mazza sped through Muricizal EC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Amadeu Mangueira. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jairo Paraíba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Cartoleiro FC's João Augusto Lira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amadeu Mangueira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cartoleiro FC's Dedê Reis got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, João Augusto Lira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cartoleiro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but João Augusto Lira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeu Mangueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amadeu Mangueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Augusto Lira in the 60th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Dedê Reis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cartoleiro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dedê Reis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeu Mangueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Muricizal EC's Amadeu Mangueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Augusto Lira in the 63rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Dedê Reis could shoot a difficult shot in the 64th minute, which Amadeu Mangueira however easily saved by the left post. If João Augusto Lira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, Muricizal EC's goal looked a bit too open when João Augusto Lira came free, but Amadeu Mangueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 70 minutes, Dedê Reis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cartoleiro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dedê Reis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Cartoleiro FC's João Augusto Lira in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Muricizal EC's goalie prevented a goal. Dedê Reis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Amadeu Mangueira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Samuca Vieira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Negri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jardel Mangueira in the 83rd minute of the match. Cartoleiro FC's Matheus Mazza has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 85th minute. João Augusto Lira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Augusto Lira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amadeu Mangueira having to make a save. 92 minutes into the match, Muricizal EC's goal looked a bit too open when João Augusto Lira came free, but Amadeu Mangueira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, Jardel Mangueira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Negri. Cartoleiro FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jardel Mangueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. When the final whistle sounded Cartoleiro FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Muricizal EC.
