In the 19th minute, Elói Vale left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Campinense F Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 25th match minute, Geada SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yuri Pitta to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, Geada SS's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Castro came free, but Miguel Pernambucano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Elói Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot. Claudinho Seco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mané Esteves, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elói Vale got free with Miguel Pernambucano in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
