In the 28th match minute, All Castilha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Augusto de Barros to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Cássio Lara successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The wind increased when Jailson Furlan made the kick off in the second half. Carlos Augusto de Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Kléber Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cássio Lara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Many of All Castilha's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. All Castilha may have spent more time on the ball, but Fabrica were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
