Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hortêncio Mineiro kicked off to start the match. The Cachorrada fans' excitement grew in the 4th match minute when Cachorrada's Benjamim de Castro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 9th minute Benjamim de Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdomiro de Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodriguinho Amaral during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th minute, Aloísio Ceresso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. La Meto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valdomiro de Castro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Valdomiro de Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 黄西杰 in the 13th minute of play. After some careless play in the Manicobal defense, Benjamim de Castro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valdomiro de Castro. The Manicobal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdomiro de Castro should have stopped the shot. Manicobal's Valdomiro de Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernandinho Viana in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute 黄西杰 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdomiro de Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cachorrada's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by João Pedro Marquez in the 23rd minute. A nice corner shot did that João Pedro Marquez got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Valdomiro de Castro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 28 played minutes Cachorrada got a freekick which was hit by João Pedro Marquez. An unexpectedly hard shot by La Meto in the 34th minute of play forced Manicobal's goalkeeper Valdomiro de Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benjamim de Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Valdomiro de Castro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the game, Benedito Koehler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manicobal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cachorrada the free kick. After a rather tough play, Manicobal's Benedito Koehler got a free kick in the 39th minute. Valdomiro de Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from La Meto in the 41st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamim de Castro in the 42nd minute of play forced Manicobal's goalkeeper Valdomiro de Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for La Meto to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Cachorrada were awarded a corner. João Pedro Marquez went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Cachorrada's corner João Pedro Marquez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Valdomiro de Castro quite easily take care of the ball. 56 minutes into the match, La Meto notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Manicobal's Valdomiro de Castro. Valdomiro de Castro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Manicobal's Benedito Koehler got a free kick in the 60th minute. Manicobal were furious when Chico Xavier was red carded, 61 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Chico Xavier hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Cachorrada's João Pedro Marquez shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 63rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Valdomiro de Castro but with some difficulty. Manicobal's Valdomiro de Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by La Meto in the 66th minute of play. João Pedro Marquez struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Valdomiro de Castro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachorrada. Valdomiro de Castro was a little too slow when La Meto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-5. 75 minutes into the match, Cachorrada's La Meto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Valdomiro de Castro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamim de Castro got free with Valdomiro de Castro in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. La Meto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, Benjamim de Castro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valdomiro de Castro. Manicobal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benjamim de Castro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. 85 minutes into the match, Manicobal's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandinho Viana came free, but Valdomiro de Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manicobal's Valdomiro de Castro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Manicobal from getting a goal against them. 88 minutes into the match, Manicobal's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandinho Viana came free, but Valdomiro de Castro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute La Meto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdomiro de Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Cachorrada's Benjamim de Castro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Valdomiro de Castro. Valdomiro de Castro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. When the match was over Cachorrada could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Manicobal throughout the match.
