Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Otávio de Salles started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. SE Mauá's Robinho Hermes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Váldson Valadares in the 6th minute of play. In the 6th match minute, SE Mauá was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Duarte to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute, SE Mauá's Otávio de Salles dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 15 minutes of play, SE Mauá's Otávio de Salles made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vicente Pinheiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Robinho Hermes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gláuber Proença in the 20th minute of the match. Vicente Pinheiro acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 23rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Flávio Loyola. 28 minutes into the game, Márcio Neves lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Vicente Pinheiro. In the 31st match minute, SE Mauá was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diguinho Vargas to maneuver through the defense. Robinho Hermes came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Torcedores do Joinville's Gláuber Proença. But to his dismay, Gláuber Proença quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Torcedores do Joinville's zone, Márcio Neves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente Pinheiro came out of the goal and Márcio Neves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Márcio Neves in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vicente Pinheiro saved Torcedores do Joinville from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Otávio de Salles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vicente Pinheiro was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Flávio Loyola's late challenge caught a Torcedores do Joinville's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Flávio Loyola helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, SE Mauá's Flávio Loyola got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Filipe de Lara took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vicente Pinheiro. Vicente Pinheiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. 58 minutes into the match, Torcedores do Joinville's goal looked a bit too open when Otávio de Salles came free, but Vicente Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Márcio Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 60 played minutes Torcedores do Joinville got a freekick which was hit by Duarte Pena. In the 61stth minute of the game Otávio de Salles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torcedores do Joinville's Vicente Pinheiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SE Mauá's Robinho Hermes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gláuber Proença in the 64th minute of play. Robinho Hermes was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Gláuber Proença capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gláuber Proença really showed his touch with that goal: 4-2. Márcio Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Márcio Neves took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vicente Pinheiro. Vicente Pinheiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-2. Vicente Pinheiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Otávio de Salles's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Márcio Neves struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Vicente Pinheiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SE Mauá. When SE Mauá's Otávio de Salles in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Torcedores do Joinville's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of SE Mauá booed when Torcedores do Joinville was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gláuber Proença didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gláuber Proença in the 96th minute of play forced SE Mauá's goalkeeper Robinho Hermes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SE Mauá walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
