In the 27th minute of the match Erasmo Dias shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dorian Loureiro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, South Hofler C.E's Gerson Breckenfeld got a free kick in the 28th minute. The supporters of Aventureio booed when South Hofler C.E was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerson Breckenfeld didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute of the match Erasmo Dias sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dorian Loureiro skillfully saved the ball. Dorian Loureiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dênis Aguiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dorian Loureiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dênis Aguiar in the 34th minute of the match. A hard shot by Ronaldinho Vale from long distance, 40 minutes into the match, got José Paulo Romero's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Durvalino Furtado got his second yellow card in the match during the 40th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Aventureio's Durvalino Furtado got a free kick in the 41st minute. When South Hofler C.E's Toninho Mendes, in the 42nd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for South Hofler C.E. Gerson Breckenfeld might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Paulo Romero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerson Breckenfeld ran back to his position shaking his head. 47 minutes into the match, Dênis Aguiar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dorian Loureiro. South Hofler C.E's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dênis Aguiar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for André Novaes to strike the kick off in the second half. Dênis Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Dorian Loureiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Paulo Romero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toninho Mendes in the 59th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Dênis Aguiar fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dorian Loureiro, passed just outside the right post. If André Novaes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Aventureio getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Cesinha Koehler hit a great ball. José Paulo Romero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerson Breckenfeld, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Dorian Loureiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dênis Aguiar in the 77th minute. Dênis Aguiar's late challenge caught a South Hofler C.E's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dênis Aguiar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd minute, Dênis Aguiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dênis Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Dorian Loureiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
