Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Zart Futebol Clube's Cleiton Fantini started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Ulisses Perez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 4th match minute, Jacareacanga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Válbson Reis to maneuver through the defense. Orlando Pernambucano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antônio Carlos Paranaense having to interfere. After 14 minutes, Víktor Quintal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zart Futebol Clube and the Jacareacanga players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 16th minute, when Jacareacanga's Haroldo do Vale after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Antônio Carlos Paranaense in Zart Futebol Clube's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. Antônio Carlos Paranaense came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Jacareacanga's Orlando Pernambucano. But to his dismay, Orlando Pernambucano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Jacareacanga's Orlando Pernambucano was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 24th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Haroldo do Vale was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jacareacanga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zart Futebol Clube the free kick. After 26 played minutes Jacareacanga got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo do Vale. Antônio Carlos Paranaense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Pernambucano in the 29th minute of the match. Léo Vander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flávio Garcia in the 30th minute of play. Orlando Pernambucano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Zart Futebol Clube defense, Haroldo do Vale kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antônio Carlos Paranaense. The Zart Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antônio Carlos Paranaense should have stopped the shot. Antônio Carlos Paranaense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Pernambucano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zart Futebol Clube's Antônio Carlos Paranaense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Pernambucano in the 40th minute of play. Haroldo do Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zart Futebol Clube's Antônio Carlos Paranaense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Pernambucano in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Haroldo do Vale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orlando Pernambucano to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Flávio Garcia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Léo Vander. The goal made the score 3-1. In the 59th minute Cleiton Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antônio Carlos Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulisses Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Zart Futebol Clube's zone, Orlando Pernambucano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antônio Carlos Paranaense came out of the goal and Orlando Pernambucano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Jacareacanga's Haroldo do Vale in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zart Futebol Clube's goalie prevented a goal. 84 minutes into the game, Orlando Pernambucano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Antônio Carlos Paranaense was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Orlando Pernambucano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute Haroldo do Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antônio Carlos Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Haroldo do Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilian Koehler got free with Léo Vander in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Jacareacanga had played much better football throughout.
