Warnow FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilton Leme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Reginaldo da Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilton Leme scored 1-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antônio Carlos Paranaense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Warnow FC's zone, Wilian Koehler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvaldo Faria came out of the goal and Wilian Koehler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cleiton Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edvaldo Faria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilian Koehler in the 26th minute of play. Gualter Quadros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antônio Carlos Paranaense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ediberto Reis in the 29th minute of play. Edvaldo Faria stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cleiton Fantini's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 43rdth minute of the game Wilian Koehler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Warnow FC's Edvaldo Faria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ediberto Reis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Antônio Carlos Paranaense came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Warnow FC's Ediberto Reis. But to his dismay, Ediberto Reis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Gualter Quadros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antônio Carlos Paranaense having to interfere. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zart Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Antônio Carlos Paranaense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wilian Koehler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reginaldo da Rocha hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Edvaldo Faria made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Wilian Koehler sent off a good shot on target. In the 76th minute Zart Futebol Clube were awarded a corner. Pedrão Diniz went to the cornerflag to take it. Flávio Garcia made a great header on Zart Futebol Clube's corner, it was just that Warnow FC's Edvaldo Faria managed to reach the ball for a save. 80 minutes into the match, Warnow FC's goalkeeper Edvaldo Faria had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilian Koehler. Reginaldo da Rocha's late challenge caught a Zart Futebol Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reginaldo da Rocha helped the player get up and apologised. Reginaldo da Rocha hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Edvaldo Faria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleiton Fantini in the 82nd minute of play. 2-1 became the score in the 85th minute when Wilian Koehler elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, Cleiton Fantini dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edvaldo Faria, 2-2. Wilian Koehler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvaldo Faria having to interfere.
