The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the A. D. CONFIANÇA defense, Edgard de Alcântara kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabiano Antunes. The A. D. CONFIANÇA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabiano Antunes should have stopped the shot. Renan Pimenta struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Fabiano Antunes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jumentus de Turim F.C.. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

A. D. CONFIANÇA's Raúl Mesquita was substituted for Edmundo Neves. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Renan Pimenta in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabiano Antunes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, A. D. CONFIANÇA's Fabiano Antunes got control of the ball when Adalmo Freitas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Renan Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Fabiano Antunes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alex Souza hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After 85 minutes of play, A. D. CONFIANÇA's Roger Leme made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christian Faustino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elano Gomes made in the 91st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Mário Reis however managed to control. Jumentus de Turim F.C. played a much better game than A. D. CONFIANÇA and deserved their victory. The A. D. CONFIANÇA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
