In the 3rdth minute of the game Roger Leme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mesquita Futebol Clube's Sandrinho Tasso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 4th minute, Marcos Galvão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Roger Leme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sandrinho Tasso was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. When A. D. CONFIANÇA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lauro Cardoso helped the player get up and apologised. Leonardo Teles took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabiano Antunes. A. D. CONFIANÇA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roger Leme in the 24th minute of play forced Mesquita Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Sandrinho Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Tiago Gabriel Nogueira managed to get in a good position for a shot. A. D. CONFIANÇA's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiago Gabriel Nogueira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sandrinho Tasso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 29th minute of the match Thomás de Azevedo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabiano Antunes skillfully saved the ball. Sandrinho Tasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Leme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Roger Leme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mário Reis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38thth minute of the game Roger Leme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mesquita Futebol Clube's Sandrinho Tasso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sandrinho Tasso came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by A. D. CONFIANÇA's Roger Leme. But to his dismay, Roger Leme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Francisco de Salles in the 47th minute of play forced A. D. CONFIANÇA's goalkeeper Fabiano Antunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Mesquita Futebol Clube players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. A. D. CONFIANÇA were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roger Leme made a kick off. Sandrinho Tasso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raúl Mesquita in the 53rd minute. In the 60th minute, Mesquita Futebol Clube's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Roger Leme fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Roger Leme who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Sandrinho Tasso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Tiago Gabriel Nogueira succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 64th playminute. A. D. CONFIANÇA's Fabiano Antunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Carlos Fontes in the 68th minute of play. If Raúl Mesquita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raúl Mesquita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roger Leme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sandrinho Tasso having to make a save. When A. D. The Mesquita Futebol Clube fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. A. D. CONFIANÇA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
