João Carlos de Sena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Castro in the 16th minute of play. If Lucas Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tarcisio Macedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ulysses Sabóia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. A collision led to Salgueirón FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. David Queiroz hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emerson Tróia in the 34th minute of play forced F.C Skoud's goalkeeper João Carlos de Sena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Tarcisio Macedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ulysses Sabóia was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. The throw-in from Dedê Vianna in the 84th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by F.C Skoud's Hamílton Marquez. Salgueirón FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over F.C Skoud's much stronger midfield.
