Spectators: 7160 (Terracing: 5404, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 100) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alex Amorim made the kick off which started today's match. Oscar França kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Fabrício Ceresso was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Adelino Ferreira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adelino Ferreira really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. If Adelino Ferreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabrício Ceresso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adelino Ferreira in the 23rd minute. Conrado Valladares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tales Moraes in the 26th minute of play. Adelino Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Fabrício Ceresso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adelino Ferreira was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Adelino Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adelino Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Fabrício Ceresso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Sapopema SS getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Betinho Braga hit a great ball. The long shot by Cícero Mazza in the 41st minute really tested Fabrício Ceresso's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Cícero Mazza might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabrício Ceresso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cícero Mazza ran back to his position shaking his head. The long shot by Diego Brodel in the 44th minute really tested Fabrício Ceresso's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Adelino Ferreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adelino Ferreira was the one to do the kick off. Conrado Valladares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Amorim, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sapopema SS's zone, Cícero Mazza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabrício Ceresso came out of the goal and Cícero Mazza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 70 played minutes Paradox FC got a freekick which was hit by Elano Alagoano. Cícero Mazza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Cícero Mazza notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Sapopema SS's Fabrício Ceresso. Fabrício Ceresso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paradox FC's Oscar França got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oscar França recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Paradox FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
