Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Adelino Ferreira started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Paradox FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Carlos Alberto Siqueira 4 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 9th match minute, Paradox FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar França to maneuver through the defense. Valdo das Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adelino Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Guilherme Peixoto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute Carlos Alberto Siqueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Valladares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute Cícero Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdo das Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valdo das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adelino Ferreira in the 21st minute of play. Guilherme Peixoto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 31st minute, Adelino Ferreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paradox FC's Conrado Valladares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Roberto de Sousa in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paradox FC's goalkeeper Conrado Valladares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Zé Roberto de Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peripiri's supporters rose to their feet, but Zé Roberto de Sousa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Conrado Valladares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zé Roberto de Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Conrado Valladares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Conrado Valladares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Alberto Siqueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adelino Ferreira struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Valdo das Neves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paradox FC. If Adelino Ferreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 played minutes Peripiri got a freekick which was hit by Manfredo Teles. Valdo das Neves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adelino Ferreira in the 62nd minute. Paradox FC's Cícero Mazza got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Miguel Senna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrado Valladares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guilherme Peixoto, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Conrado Valladares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Senna in the 72nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Peripiri's zone, Cícero Mazza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valdo das Neves came out of the goal and Cícero Mazza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Peripiri's Manfredo Teles got a free kick in the 75th minute. Adelino Ferreiras short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Valdo das Neves to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Conrado Valladares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Alberto Siqueira in the 81st minute of the match. If Guilherme Peixoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 86 minutes of play, Peripiri's Carlos Alberto Siqueira made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conrado Valladares was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 89th minute Miguel Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Valladares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Oscar França hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guilherme Peixoto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Valladares having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Peripiri had played much better football throughout.
