After having played for 4 minutes, Jonathan Mangueira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KuPs KuoPio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Mangueira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Jonathan Mangueira managed to get in a good position for a shot. KuPs KuoPio's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathan Mangueira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Carlos de Sena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 11 played minutes KuPs KuoPio got a freekick which was hit by Silvinho Mazza. The throw-in from Alfredo Vander in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by F.C Skoud's Hamílton Marquez. João Carlos de Sena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony de Godoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tony de Godoi got free with João Carlos de Sena in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. João Carlos de Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Mangueira in the 30th minute of the match. With his leg João Carlos de Sena managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when KuPs KuoPio's Tony de Godoi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 32nd match minute, KuPs KuoPio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hudson Cardoso to maneuver through the defense. If Jonathan Mangueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 36 minutes, Hamílton Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C Skoud's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hamílton Marquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Jonathan Mangueira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of João Carlos de Sena, 1-0. 45 minutes into the game, Jonathan Mangueira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of João Carlos de Sena. Jonathan Mangueira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Hamílton Marquez made the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Hudson Cardoso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C Skoud's João Carlos de Sena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonathan Mangueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. João Carlos de Sena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 57 played minutes F.C Skoud got a freekick which was hit by Tarcisio Macedo. Tony de Godoi struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. João Carlos de Sena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KuPs KuoPio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Mangueira in the 67th minute of play forced F.C Skoud's goalkeeper João Carlos de Sena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Carlos de Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elder Mesquita, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Tony de Godoi kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Tony de Godoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Carlos de Sena having to interfere. After having played for 76 minutes, Elder Mesquita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KuPs KuoPio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elder Mesquita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Mangueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Carlos de Sena having to interfere. In the 80th minute Jonathan Mangueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Carlos de Sena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the F.C Skoud defense, Tony de Godoi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Carlos de Sena. The F.C Skoud fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Carlos de Sena should have stopped the shot. In the 87th minute, Tony de Godoi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Tony de Godoi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 89 minutes had been played. F.C Skoud's João Carlos de Sena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Mangueira in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C Skoud's goalkeeper João Carlos de Sena, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KuPs KuoPio fans cheered their team off the field, for while F.C Skoud had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
