Albertinho de Medeiros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aníbal Brodel's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. If Giovani Paranaense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Albertinho de Medeiros stood somewhat misplaced when Aníbal Brodel came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 54 minute. In the 81st minute, São Thiago Matamouros's Aníbal Brodel ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Albertinho de Medeiros. Albertinho de Medeiros yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. Vitório Galvão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Magne Vase tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albertinho de Medeiros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jardel Schmidt in the 91st minute of the match. Giovani Paranaense blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albertinho de Medeiros having to make a save.
