Lembranca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 17thth minute of the game Tales de Sousa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ibirarema.CiTy.F.C's Benjamin Bezerra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arnaldo Santana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of João Hoffmann's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. João Hoffmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnaldo Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nilson Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 minutes of play Lembranca's Renatinho Prado was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Lembranca getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Isaltino Dante hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Nilson Brito put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Arnaldo Santana. João Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Arnaldo Santana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lembranca's Rui da Fonseca got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Rui da Fonseca made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Lembranca booed when Ibirarema.CiTy.F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tales de Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Arnaldo Santana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Lembranca's goalkeeper Arnaldo Santana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nilson Brito. The referee ignored Lembranca's protests and gave Telmo de Carvalho a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Lembranca's Telmo de Carvalho got a free kick in the 65th minute. Arnaldo Santana was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Nilson Brito capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nilson Brito really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. In the 72nd minute João Hoffmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Ibirarema.CiTy.F.C's João Hoffmann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnaldo Santana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 94 minutes, Nilson Brito made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Lembranca's Arnaldo Santana tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Lembranca fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ibirarema.CiTy.F.C were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
