Spectators: 7246 (Terracing: 5436, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when João Pedro de Azevedo kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, RIO FUT 7 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Baiano came free, but Pedro Luís Paranaense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Orlando Paulista came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Caldeiroes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orlando Paulista couldn't finish the play. Orlando Paulista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Luís Paranaense having to interfere. Fabrício Abraão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Luís Paranaense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Pedro de Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute of the match Caldeiroes got a corner. RIO FUT 7 FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. João Pedro de Azevedo ran over to the corner to take the kick. RIO FUT 7 FC's Marcinho de Amaral quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Tales Cavalcante, made in the 17th minute of the game. Pedro Luís Paranaense came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Caldeiroes's João Pedro de Azevedo. But to his dismay, João Pedro de Azevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. João Pedro de Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Luís Paranaense having to interfere. A throw-in in the 27th minute of the game was made by Tales Cavalcante with Clemente Baiano as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. João Pedro de Azevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Orlando Paulista had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Luís Paranaense. RIO FUT 7 FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orlando Paulista was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When Fabrício Abraão came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Caldeiroes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabrício Abraão couldn't finish the play. Orlando Paulista's late challenge caught a RIO FUT 7 FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orlando Paulista helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th minute, Orlando Paulista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the game, Caldeiroes's João Pedro de Azevedo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Luís Paranaense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If João Pedro de Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabrício Abraão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Pedro Luís Paranaense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 57 played minutes RIO FUT 7 FC got a freekick which was hit by José Carlos Trigo. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, João Pedro de Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caldeiroes's supporters rose to their feet, but João Pedro de Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Luís Paranaense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. João Pedro de Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the game, Tales Cavalcante threw the ball into play from the sideline. RIO FUT 7 FC's Giuseppe Sabóia quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Fabrício Abraão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, Caldeiroes's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Duarte came free, but Mário Mello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orlando Paulista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Paulista got free with Pedro Luís Paranaense in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When RIO FUT 7 FC's Caetano Duarte in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caldeiroes's goalie prevented a goal. If João Pedro de Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Luís Paranaense made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Pedro de Azevedo in the 85th minute. João Pedro de Azevedo scored 0-4 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Luís Paranaense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Caldeiroes's Fabrício Abraão got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jailson Azevedo charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jailson Azevedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. João Pedro de Azevedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Pedro Luís Paranaense made a huge save.
