Spectators: 7256 (Terracing: 5443, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gabriel Moura kicked off to start the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Paulo José Guerra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Faiz o B.O.'s Tarcisio Sousa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Filipe Abraão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Faiz o B.O.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jerumirim the free kick. In the 7th minute, Filipe Abraão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Faiz o B.O.'s Wágner de Castro got a free kick in the 12th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo José Guerra in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tarcisio Sousa saved Faiz o B.O. from getting behind. Tarcisio Sousa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Carlos Cerezo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Arí Alcântara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Murillo Paraense having to interfere. If Arí Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute Paulo José Guerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tarcisio Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Faiz o B.O.'s Tomé Baptista got a free kick in the 26th minute. Jerumirim's Paulo José Guerra got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tarcisio Sousa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo José Guerra's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo José Guerra in the 31st minute of play forced Faiz o B.O.'s goalkeeper Tarcisio Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Faiz o B.O.'s Arí Alcântara got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo José Guerra in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tarcisio Sousa saved Faiz o B.O. from getting behind. Ronaldão Proença sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo José Guerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tarcisio Sousa having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Faiz o B.O.'s zone, Ronaldão Proença stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tarcisio Sousa came out of the goal and Ronaldão Proença tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paulo José Guerra struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Tarcisio Sousa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jerumirim. Ronaldão Proença sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulo José Guerra to make the kick off. After 54 played minutes Faiz o B.O. got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Moura. When Paulo José Guerra came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Jerumirim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo José Guerra couldn't finish the play. 57 minutes into the game, Tomé Baptista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tarcisio Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo José Guerra in the 67th minute of the match. Paulo José Guerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Tarcisio Sousa made a huge save. Ronaldão Proença sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Paulão Diniz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tarcisio Sousa came out and tried to block the shot, but Paulão Diniz slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 74th minute. With his leg Tarcisio Sousa managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Jerumirim's Paulo José Guerra fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Paulo José Guerras short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Tarcisio Sousa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Paulo José Guerra came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Jerumirim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo José Guerra couldn't finish the play. Paulo José Guerra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Tarcisio Sousa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ronaldão Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tarcisio Sousa having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Paulo José Guerra put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Tarcisio Sousa. Jerumirim played a much better game than Faiz o B.O. and deserved their victory. The Faiz o B.O. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
