Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when João Pedro de Azevedo kicked off to start the match. Orlando Paulista's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Amadeu Lago firmly grabbed it by the left post. 7 minutes into the match, Clemente Baiano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amadeu Lago. Pichuri's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clemente Baiano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Caldeiroes's Orlando Paulista got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amadeu Lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Pedro de Azevedo in the 13th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Ian Pirani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mário Mello was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Fabrício Abraão managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caldeiroes's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabrício Abraão was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeu Lago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, João Pedro de Azevedo took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Amadeu Lago to make any attempt to save it. 32 minutes into the match, João Pedro de Azevedo notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Pichuri's Amadeu Lago. Amadeu Lago was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Filipe Reis hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Gonçalo Donato kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Fabrício Abraão was extremely unlucky when he, in the 43rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Amadeu Lago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orlando Paulista in the 44th minute. Orlando Paulista recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

After 55 minutes of play, Caldeiroes's João Pedro de Azevedo made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amadeu Lago was left in no man's land by his defense there! Amadeu Lago didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabrício Abraão went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Caldeiroes booed when Pichuri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertinho Novaes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabrício Abraão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeu Lago having to interfere. Amadeu Lago didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orlando Paulista went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Pedro de Azevedo in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amadeu Lago prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Augusto Baiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Pedro de Azevedo in the 85th minute of play forced Pichuri's goalkeeper Amadeu Lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amadeu Lago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Pedro de Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pichuri's Amadeu Lago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Paulista in the 91st minute of play. If João Pedro de Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albertinho Novaes hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Caldeiroes's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
