João de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simão Silveira in the 3rd minute of the match. After 7 minutes of play, Biribiri AD's Simão Silveira made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João de Godoi was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Biribiri AD's Adelino Hermes got control of the ball when Ernani Sanches tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felippe Velasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Adelino Hermes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Renan Falcão dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Adelino Hermes, 1-1. In the 20th minute, Válter Mendonça left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Biribiri AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Adelino Hermes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Silveira in the 28th minute of play forced Imperium MZC's goalkeeper João de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Biribiri AD's goal looked a bit too open when Renan Falcão came free, but Adelino Hermes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 35th minute by Renan Falcão got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Abelardo Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. João de Godoi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abelardo Sá went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Simão Silveira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João de Godoi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Felippe Velasco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adelino Hermes having to interfere. When Felippe Velasco came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Imperium MZC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felippe Velasco couldn't finish the play. Simão Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João de Godoi having to interfere. If Simão Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 78th minute of the match Renato Perez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adelino Hermes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Renan Falcão's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adelino Hermes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Adelino Hermes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felippe Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Renatinho Zanette hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Simão Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João de Godoi having to interfere. Imperium MZC's João de Godoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Imperium MZC from getting a goal against them.
