Gugu do Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Gláuber Trancoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Pescoco getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Gonçalo Costa hit a great ball. 10 minutes into the game, Pescoco's Chiquinho do Vale nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adhemar Macedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Adhemar Macedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chiquinho do Vale's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute Zé Carlos Coelho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gláuber Trancoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Carlos Coelho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gláuber Trancoso having to interfere. Décio Tinoco kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Gláuber Trancoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Carlos Coelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 24 played minutes Pescoco got a freekick which was hit by Décio Tinoco. Gláuber Trancoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Carlos Coelho in the 25th minute of the match. A collision led to Supremacia Nerd FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ian Sanches hit a great ball. Ezequiel Campidelis was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Chiquinho do Vale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When João Carlos Hermes got free in front of the goal in the 33rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Adhemar Macedo was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Chiquinho do Vale blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adhemar Macedo having to make a save. 36 minutes into the match, Supremacia Nerd FC's goal looked a bit too open when João Carlos Hermes came free, but Adhemar Macedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chiquinho do Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adhemar Macedo having to interfere. 41 minutes into the game, David Esteves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Supremacia Nerd FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pescoco the free kick. A collision led to Supremacia Nerd FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. David Esteves hit a great ball. In the 44th minute João Carlos Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adhemar Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Supremacia Nerd FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pescoco were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zé Carlos Coelho was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Supremacia Nerd FC booed when Pescoco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Décio Tinoco didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Supremacia Nerd FC fans' excitement grew in the 54th match minute when Supremacia Nerd FC's Zé Carlos Coelho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Supremacia Nerd FC's David Esteves got a free kick in the 60th minute. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Supremacia Nerd FC! The goalkeeper, Adhemar Macedo, was totally fooled by Pescoco's Ezequiel Campidelis, who 62 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. João Carlos Hermes succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 65th playminute. After 70 played minutes Pescoco got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Campidelis. The audience held their breath when Túlio Amaral in the 72nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Gláuber Trancoso's left hand side. Adhemar Macedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Carlos Hermes in the 75th minute of the match. Décio Tinoco charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Décio Tinoco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Pescoco getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Décio Tinoco hit a great ball. If Zé Carlos Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Supremacia Nerd FC's goalkeeper Adhemar Macedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chiquinho do Vale. After recieving a nice pass, Pescoco's Ezequiel Campidelis tried to score from far away in the 93rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Carlos Hermes in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adhemar Macedo saved Supremacia Nerd FC from getting behind. João Carlos Hermes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adhemar Macedo having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pescoco walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
