Supremacia Nerd FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hortêncio Gomes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Supremacia Nerd FC's zone, Hortêncio Gomes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adhemar Macedo came out of the goal and Hortêncio Gomes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 9 minutes of play, Supremacia Nerd FC's Zé Carlos Coelho made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Pedro Proença was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gugu do Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Zé Pedro Proença tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hortêncio Gomes struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Adhemar Macedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Croa. Supremacia Nerd FC's Adhemar Macedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Supremacia Nerd FC from getting a goal against them. 20 minutes into the match, Supremacia Nerd FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hortêncio Gomes came free, but Adhemar Macedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Hortêncio Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adhemar Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dudu Medeiros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Supremacia Nerd FC booed when Croa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimir Sanches didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee ignored Supremacia Nerd FC's protests and gave Artur Valadares a yellow card for diving instead. Dudu Medeiros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adhemar Macedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute of the match Denílson Barros shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Adhemar Macedo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ian Sanches kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. A collision led to Croa getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. José Paulo de Medeiros hit a great ball. Adhemar Macedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hortêncio Gomes, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute, Albertinho Arruda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rdth minute of the game Dudu Medeiros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Supremacia Nerd FC's Adhemar Macedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
