Renatinho Queiroz came out and tried to block the shot, but Paulinho Toscano slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Invasion Team's Paulinho Toscano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Renatinho Queiroz. That made the score 2-0 after 13 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, BOCA DO LEÃO FC's Douglas Moura got a free kick in the 16th minute. The audience cheered loudly when Geraldo Chaves's long shot in the 17th minute became 3-0 when the ball went to the left of and passed Renatinho Queiroz. Norberto de Salles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Borys Knopek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wilson Neiva during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wilson Neiva hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Borys Knopek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norberto de Salles in the 29th minute of play. Borys Knopek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto de Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The BOCA DO LEÃO FC fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when BOCA DO LEÃO FC's Norberto de Salles looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Renato Gaúcho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Borys Knopek having to interfere. Borys Knopek came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by BOCA DO LEÃO FC's Norberto de Salles. But to his dismay, Norberto de Salles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Norberto de Salles made a kick off. Wilson Neiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Renato Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Norberto de Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Invasion Team's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Renato Gaúcho scored to the left of an out of position Borys Knopek, making the score, 3-5. In the 68th minute, Renato Gaúcho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Renatinho Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulinho Toscano in the 76th minute of play. Borys Knopek didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when BOCA DO LEÃO FC's Norberto de Salles shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-6 in the ordered_time% minute. After a defensive mix-up in Invasion Team's zone, Renato Gaúcho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Borys Knopek came out of the goal and Renato Gaúcho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Norberto de Salles managed to get in a good position for a shot. BOCA DO LEÃO FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Norberto de Salles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Borys Knopek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 92 played minutes Norberto de Salles rounded Invasion Team's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-7. 97 minutes into the match, Invasion Team's Paulinho Toscano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Renatinho Queiroz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. BOCA DO LEÃO FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
