Xexéu F.C's players were relieved. 20 minutes into the match, Xexéu F.C's Enio Nogueira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Teles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Xexéu F.C's Dorian Passos got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dorian Passos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan Teles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorian Passos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the match, Kazimcapetas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enio Nogueira came free, but Juan Teles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Luciano Gomes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elano Baiano during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 43rd match minute, Xexéu F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elano Baiano to maneuver through the defense. Juan Teles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enio Nogueira in the 49th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Dorian Passos made the kick off in the second half. Enio Nogueira succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-1 in the 53rd playminute. Juan Teles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorian Passos in the 58th minute of play. Enio Nogueira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Juan Teles made a huge save. With a little luck, Kazimcapetas FC's Juan Teles got control of the ball when Enio Nogueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vicente Meirelles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Gonçalo Donatello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luciano Gomes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonçalo Donatello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Meirelles, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kazimcapetas FC's zone, Enio Nogueira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Teles came out of the goal and Enio Nogueira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd minute, Kazimcapetas FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dorian Passos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Osvaldo Abraão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enio Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
