After 20 played minutes Pintadinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Percival Siqueira. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Diogo Eger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juventus Ce's supporters rose to their feet, but Diogo Eger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The referee ignored Juventus Ce's protests and gave Reinhard Kleine a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Juventus Ce getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Reinhard Kleine hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Renatinho Saraiva got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Eliseo Gaizkine kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After 46 played minutes, Pintadinha FC's Dráuzio Gonçalves shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joélson Perez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pintadinha FC reached it.

Percival Siqueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joélson Perez having to interfere. Diogo Eger might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvério Moura. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diogo Eger ran back to his position shaking his head. Silvério Moura made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Diogo Eger sent off a good shot on target. The referee gave Júlio Duarte a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Pintadinha FC booed when Juventus Ce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Júlio Duarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79thth minute of the game Renatinho Saraiva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juventus Ce's Joélson Perez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 86th minute, Felipe Tande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pintadinha FC's Silvério Moura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Pintadinha FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Pintadinha FC's Silvério Moura got control of the ball when Diogo Eger tried to sneak it across the goal line.
