Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ernesto Alcântara kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Florindo getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Egídio Peixoto hit a great ball. 13 minutes into the match, Guilax Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Egídio Peixoto came free, but Jeremias Ramalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute Jeferson Cavalcante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Ramalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augusto Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manoel Maciel having to interfere. Manoel Maciel didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 31st minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Ernesto Alcântaras short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Manoel Maciel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The throw-in from Carlos Eduardo Campidelis in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Guilax Football Club's Augusto Perez. The supporters of Florindo booed when Guilax Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Perez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manoel Maciel was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Dino Arósio.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jeferson Cavalcante to make the kick off. Ernesto Alcântara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Manoel Maciel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Renatinho Donato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Ramalho having to interfere. Jeferson Cavalcante received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jeremias Ramalho came out and tried to block the shot, but Jeferson Cavalcante slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 58th minute. Augusto Perez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute Egídio Peixoto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Ramalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Florindo's Gilvan Couto got a free kick in the 70th minute. Jeremias Ramalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeferson Cavalcante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeferson Cavalcante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The goalkeeper, Jeremias Ramalho, was totally fooled by Florindo's Miguel Velloso, who 86 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Jeremias Ramalho made a fantastic save in the 99th minute, when Renatinho Donato sent off a good shot on target.
