But to his dismay, Zézinho Abreu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Chiquinho de Castro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Renato Quintal in the 37th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Zézinho Abreu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chiquinho de Castro was relentless in the 38th minute of the game.
