After 2 played minutes ForFun got a freekick which was hit by Luisão Tavares. Geovanni Pimenta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermínio Sena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute of the match Anapolina got a corner. ForFun's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Betinho Passos ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Betinho Passos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Geovanni Pimenta quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Emerson Aparecido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Magno Freire might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Geovanni Pimenta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Magno Freire ran back to his position shaking his head. Emerson Aparecido succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 14th playminute. Emerson Aparecido recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gildo Pimenta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Passos having to interfere. ForFun's Emerson Aparecido got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Geovanni Pimenta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magno Freire in the 23rd minute of the match. ForFun's Geovanni Pimenta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermínio Sena in the 26th minute of play. Geovanni Pimenta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magno Freire in the 28th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Emerson Aparecido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moisés Cavalcante charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Moisés Cavalcante the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd minute, Moisés Cavalcante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gildo Pimenta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gildo Pimenta made a kick off. Emerson Aparecido struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Daniel Passos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ForFun. Emerson Aparecido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Passos having to interfere. Wesley Peres hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Gildo Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Daniel Passos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Emerson Aparecido made a precise shot to the right of Daniel Passos. Anapolina's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. ForFun's Geovanni Pimenta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermínio Sena in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Emerson Aparecido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Passos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emerson Aparecido, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Magno Freire's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geovanni Pimenta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Anapolina's zone, Emerson Aparecido stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Passos came out of the goal and Emerson Aparecido tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Anapolina getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Giuseppe Sanches hit a great ball. Daniel Passos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gildo Pimenta, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. There was no doubt that ForFun were the better team. ForFun's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
