A collision led to Toropy getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. João Diniz hit a great ball. In the 7th minute, Enrique Gaúcho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. César Araújo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benjamin Tande went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Benjamin Tande's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 13thth minute, César Araújo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Benjamin Tande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. César Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrique Gaúcho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but César Araújo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Edgar Vander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murillo Gaúcho in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Murillo Gaúcho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Edgar Vander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Enrique Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. César Araújo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrique Gaúcho's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. In the 31st minute, Murillo Gaúcho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enrique Gaúcho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. César Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Tande could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but César Araújo made a huge save. Serafim Carneiro kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 39th minute Murillo Gaúcho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Vander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Tande recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When Benjamin Tande came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the FC Vila Naticos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Tande couldn't finish the play. 62 minutes into the match, FC Vila Naticos's goal looked a bit too open when Murillo Gaúcho came free, but Edgar Vander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. César Araújo came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Vila Naticos's Benjamin Tande. But to his dismay, Benjamin Tande quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 69 minutes into the game, Renato Reis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Toropy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Vila Naticos the free kick. After a rather tough play, Toropy's Renato Reis got a free kick in the 69th minute. 74 minutes into the match, FC Vila Naticos's goal looked a bit too open when Murillo Gaúcho came free, but Edgar Vander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Gaúcho in the 77th minute of play forced Toropy's goalkeeper César Araújo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. César Araújo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrique Gaúcho's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. When João Diniz fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Toropy's protests and gave João Diniz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st match minute, Toropy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Diniz to maneuver through the defense. Serafim Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without César Araújo having to interfere. FC Vila Naticos's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
