The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Adeus Metallica's Noel Marquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabrício Mello in the 5th minute of play. After 6 minutes, Bendix Behnert made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Adeus Metallica's Noel Marquez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Adeus Metallica's Duarte Meira got a free kick in the 10th minute. Fabrício Mello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Noel Marquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Adeus Metallica's Edu Hermes got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fenix Flumed's goalkeeper Miguel Gerber, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 23 minutes, Alfredão Quirino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Adeus Metallica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfredão Quirino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bendix Behnert in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Noel Marquez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, Adeus Metallica's Noel Marquez got control of the ball when Bendix Behnert tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bendix Behnert in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Noel Marquez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bendix Behnert came free with the goalkeeper in the 41st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Noel Marquez could save by the left post. Fabrício Mello recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Noel Marquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrício Mello, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 61st minute, Fabrício Mello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Bendix Behnert came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Fenix Flumed fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bendix Behnert couldn't finish the play. In the 67th minute of the match Reginaldo Lopez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Miguel Gerber skillfully saved the ball. Miguel Gerber made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfredão Quirino in the 72nd minute. Noel Marquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bendix Behnert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fenix Flumed fully deserved thier win.
