In the 20th minute Ronaldo Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noel Marquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 played minutes Adeus Metallica got a freekick which was hit by Hortêncio da Cunha. In the 22nd match minute, VORTHIMAN FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wellington Salgado to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredão Quirino in the 25th minute of play forced VORTHIMAN FC's goalkeeper Basílio Saraiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basílio Saraiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duarte Meira in the 26th minute of the match. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Adeus Metallica's goalkeeper Noel Marquez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kauã Rosado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Marquez having to interfere. If Ronaldo Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 89th minute, Kauã Rosado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noel Marquez was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3.
