Carlinhos Andrade might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olívio de Godoi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlinhos Andrade ran back to his position shaking his head. Hudson Mineiro was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Marcinho Donatello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Karakura FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Edgar Azevedo hit a great ball. If João Pedro Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Túlio Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Pedro Costa in the 24th minute of play. Olívio de Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlinhos Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when João Pedro Costa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcinho Donatello might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Túlio Neto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Intrepidoz were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
