The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Sem Juizo booed when Lanceiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Leme didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Sem Juizo fans' excitement grew in the 6th match minute when Sem Juizo's José Carlos Furtado looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rubinho Bueno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jailson Valadares in the 9th minute of the match. Jailson Valadares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 12 minutes, José Carlos Furtado made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Lanceiro FC's Rubinho Bueno tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jailson Valadares in the 47th minute of play forced Lanceiro FC's goalkeeper Rubinho Bueno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Lanceiro FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sem Juizo were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Júlio Tasso to make the kick off. With a little luck, Lanceiro FC's Rubinho Bueno got control of the ball when Jailson Valadares tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Sem Juizo's José Carlos Furtado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rubinho Bueno. That made the score 0-4 after 66 minutes of play. Jailson Valadares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Carlos Furtado's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Rubinho Bueno skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sem Juizo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Moisés Sá in the 84th minute. Rubinho Bueno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Carlos Furtado's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. With his leg Rubinho Bueno managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Sem Juizo's Jailson Valadares fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Roberto Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Sem Juizo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
