The attack was good, but when Ronaldo Dionísio in the 8th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. João Mazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ezequiel Montenegro's late challenge caught a Lib57 FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ezequiel Montenegro helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Toronto Raptors:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lib57 FC:s goal. In the 20th minute, Jailson Magalhães got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ronaldo Dionísio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute Ronaldo Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Acácio Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jailson Magalhães recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lib57 FC's goalkeeper Acácio Diniz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 47 minutes, Caetano de Mendonça mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lib57 FC and the Toronto Raptors players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 47 played minutes Lib57 FC got a freekick which was hit by Caetano de Mendonça. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

In the 53rd minute Jailson Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Acácio Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jailson Magalhães's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Acácio Diniz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th minute, Luiz Fábio Cerezo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Artur Siqueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruy Prata's late challenge caught a Lib57 FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. In the 91st minute, Jailson Magalhães reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Acácio Diniz. The goal made the score 3-1. 96 minutes into the match, João Mazza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Richard Cosme. Toronto Raptors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Mazza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lib57 FC had won after a very even match.
