Clóvis Lucas started the match with the kick off. Falcão de Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Marcos Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Belém Boys II's Natanael Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Diniz in the 6th minute of play. When Vinícius Pinho fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ibiaci SS's protests and gave Vinícius Pinho a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ibiaci SS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 8th minute. Penalty! Cristiano Xavier shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Clóvis Lucas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cleiton Donato hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Natanael Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Diniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, Ibiaci SS's César Mota got a free kick in the 15th minute. With his leg Marcos Duarte managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Belém Boys II's Clóvis Lucas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Belém Boys II's Natanael Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernesto Diniz in the 24th minute of play. Jerônimo Salles hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Falcão de Senna scored 2-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcos Duarte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 36 played minutes, Belém Boys II's Cristiano Xavier shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcos Duarte came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Belém Boys II reached it. A collision led to Belém Boys II getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Patrick Leite hit a great ball. After 44 played minutes, Ibiaci SS's Vinícius Pinho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Natanael Azevedo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ibiaci SS reached it. In the 46th match minute, Ibiaci SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinícius Pinho to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Natanael Azevedo came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Ibiaci SS's Ernesto Diniz. But to his dismay, Ernesto Diniz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Ernesto Diniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 66 minutes into the match, Falcão de Senna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Duarte. Ibiaci SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Falcão de Senna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Natanael Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernesto Diniz's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. In the 79th minute, Falcão de Senna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Duarte was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Falcão de Senna struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Marcos Duarte didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belém Boys II. Marcos Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clóvis Lucas in the 95th minute of play. There was no doubt that Belém Boys II were the better team. Belém Boys II's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
